Navratri in Gujarat is a nine-day social of production famous by the whole population, punctuated with devotional music and dances, prominent as 'Dandiya Raas' and 'Garba Raas'. Also, jaagran is noticed by many, with enthusiasts getting through the evening to please the Goddess. Of recognized importance is the Amba Mata Forehead at Junagadh, Gujarat which witnesses a members of enthusiasts during this time.
Colourful earthen containers (garbo) loaded with water and with eye-catching styles, symbolise the Goddess, and ladies execute the conventional Garba dancing around them. Another attribute dancing of navratri is the Dandia – Raas, in which men and ladies be a part of the dancing group, having small elegant stays (dandias) together, including to the merriment. The dances usually start delayed in the evening and proceed until day.
